Governance and Administration specialist for Microsoft Copilot

• Implementation of governance guidelines;
• Copilot Agent use case management;
• Agent Provisioning;
• Environment administration for Copilot Agents;
• License Management in Copilot;
• Environment strategy implementation as well as Environment administration and lifecycle management (pipelines);
• Creation and Maintaining of Data Loss Prevention policies;
• Connector administration including on premise data gateway;
• Support Communication and Adoption team by providing technical background information on Copilot provisioning at Schaeffler;
• Stay updated on new Coplot features and updates and provide recommendations for adoption;
• Regular screening of the message center updates and estimation of relevance and impact for our environment (Evergreen process collaboration);
• Monitoring of service health and availability;
• Creating or maintaining of end user documentation as well as guidelines;
• Analyzing licensing costs and proposing recommendations for optimization;
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Copilot tenant.

• Advanced understanding of Copilot Products (Agents, Mi Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat)
• Advanced skills in Copilot Administration;
• Practical experience in implementing governance guidelines;
• Basic understanding of AI in general;
• Advanced skills in utilizing Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence toolkit;
• Basic understanding in Copilot Licensing;
• ServiceNow Incident and Problem Management (Copilot related);
• Experience in agile working;
• Good knowledge in agile tools such as JIRA & confluence;
• Experience with other Microsoft 365 Products;
• Fluent English skills (verbal and written), German is a plus;
• Self-driven ability to structure and execute tasks;
• Team Player and good communication skills;
• University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar educational background;
• Experience with PowerShell Scripting;
• Stakeholder management skills and the ability to simplify complex technical information;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset;
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills.
