Short company description

Requirements
Bachelor’s in Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related field
At least 3 years’ experience in a market research agency or similar role in FMCG
Experience in running quantitative research projects (tracking studies, pricing studies, social media listening, consumer experience research)
Advanced Excel skills, SPSS and other data tools are a plus
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and insight generation
Fluency in English and Romanian
Project management and organizational skills
Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for learning and development
Responsibilities
Support the setup, implementation, and interpretation of consumer research studies to uncover deeper category insights
Track and interpret market trends using ongoing research data
Engage with external research agencies to ensure timely, reliable data and seamless internal reporting
Leverage internal and external data sources to deliver meaningful insights through tailored presentations
Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting by integrating consumer, market, and macroeconomic data
Analyze quantitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
