    Cerinte

    Requirements:

    1.Education:
    Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communication, or related field)
    Equivalent experience may be accepted

    2.Experience:
    3–5+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role
    Experience supporting high level executives preferred

    3.Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
    Strong organizational and time management
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Discretion and professionalism
    Ability to multitask and work under pressure

    4. Personal Qualities:
    Proactive and self-motivated
    High emotional intelligence
    Problem-solving mindset
    Attention to detail.

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:

    1.Calendar & Schedule Management
    Organize and manage the executive’s calendar

    2.Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    Available for overtime

    3.Communication Management
    Handle internal and external correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
    Act as a point of contact between executives and staff/clients

    4.Meeting Preparation
    Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports
    Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items

    5.Travel & Logistics
    Book flights, hotels, and transport
    Manage travel itineraries and expense reports

    6.Confidentiality & Discretion
    Handle sensitive information with discretion
    Maintain confidentiality on business and personal matters

    6.Project Support
    Assist with planning and executing executive-led projects
    Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up

    7.Office Coordination
    Coordinate with departments on behalf of the executive
    Help manage budgets or resources, depending on the company
