Requirements

What would we appreciate about you?
- Available to work in shifts;
- Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Robotics Engineering;
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- English - minimum B2;
- Industry experience (is a plus);
- Excellent communication skills and team player;
- Positive attitude and maturity, ability to adapt to different situations;
- Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines;
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team;
- Engage in process improvement & best practices initiatives across organization;
- Autonomous, open minded, goal oriented and creative problem-solver.

Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage the team, organizing the daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests;
- Ensure that daily production KPY’s are met;
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed;
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed;
- Supervise that sorting machines, the packing lines and the shrinking machine are working properly;
- Supеrvisе thе entire technologicаl flow;
- Supervise the production and do the reports in order to ensure the required quality level;
- Offer support in the resolution and prevention of noncompliance issues;
- Able to work independently with support from the technical coordinator.

Schedule: 3 shifts, 8h per day

Salary is negotiable.
