The Mission

In the Security area we blend several types of products that cover fraud prevention or electronic identification and verification. We are a team delivering end-to-end fraud prevention functionalities for Netherlands and Belgium.

Your day to day

As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, evolving, and maintaining production assets in the Security area. That includes CI/CD pipelines for non-production and production environments. You will be involved in hands-on activities for design, documentation, development and test of infrastructure and automation, with a strong emphasis on monitoring and reliability. You will take the lead in the IT risk assessment documentation and measurement for the team's assets, monitoring, tracking and managing deviations to established IT Risk controls.

What you'll bring to the team

• Define, design, and automate complex infrastructural tasks
• Work with developers to continuously improve platform automation, monitoring, alerting and stability to meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, availability, scalability and reliability
• Ability to find and help fix infrastructure, performance, scalability, and other live issues in a time critical environment
• Help the team recognize potential infrastructure or security issues, and create a plan to solve them
• Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner
• Experience in creating, maintaining and optimizing OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Experience in creating, maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipeline
• Experience in managing and supporting production environments
• Experience in managing the infrastructure of microservice based, highly distributed, scalable, concurrent and low latency systems
• Strong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to share knowledge with others.

Foreign languages: English (advanced)

Education: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in an IT related field.
