    This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pricing Supervisor in our department in Bucharest.

    As a Sr. Pricing Operations Supervisor, will maintain the day-to-day operation of core areas of IT, ensure the stability of the technical baseline for all integration projects of the organization and proactively contribute to historical/system insights to improve mission performance.

    Will support Product Marketing and Sales with coordination of pricing and costing while maintaining a high level of data integrity in deadline-driven environment.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, maintain and distribute pricing procedures to internal customers.
    • Interface with other departments for item sourcing needs and pricing issues as needed.
    • Responsible for timely management of pricing increases/decreases for assigned business.
    • Supervise the pricing strategies and implementation for current and future products. 
    • Supervise the management and direction of all the pricing related activities within the business and/or product line/assessments.
    • Provide direct hands-on management, support and development of primary enterprise applications (ERP).
    • Provides training to connected functions.
    • Provide operational business process review to identify and implement best pricing practice solutions (BPP) and business rules to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Responsible for system evaluation and testing with special consideration given to integration points with existing systems.
    • Consult with end users from operations, sales and finance departments to understand business requirements.
    • Participate in the short and long term, business projects.
    • Design interface logic and concepts.
    • Create and maintain an integration design document and integration issues log.
    • Create and execute test scripts for modified and new system implementations.
    Qualifications

    YOU MUST HAVE

    •  University graduate
    • Good analyzing skills, communication skills and customer focus/orientation
    • Experience in managing a team
