• Undergraduate Student / Master program student (Advantage technical fields as: Mechanical);
• Elementary knowledge about production processes (Advantage if they are electronics production/hardware production);
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory (German represents an advantage);
• Reliable and good working, empowered by a proactive attitude;
• Excellent computer operating skills (Microsoft Excel);
• Communicative and team-orientated person.

• Work closely with a mentor on the production line, assisting with mechanical and pneumatic systems to support smooth and efficient operations;
• Observe and participate in the production process, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing hands-on support with machinery and equipment;
• Actively assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and pneumatic issues, helping to minimize production downtime;
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and adjust equipment, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively;
• Support routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and pneumatic systems under the guidance of the mentor;
• Assist with production activities such as sample campaigns, production trials, and 0-series, gaining practical experience on the production floor;
• Learn to identify production line bottlenecks and mechanical/pneumatic issues, and work with the mentor to resolve them in real-time;
• Report any mechanical, pneumatic, or quality issues promptly, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement;
• Develop skills in a dynamic production environment, gaining hands-on experience with various systems, equipment, and processes.
