- Previous experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role;
- Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Customer-oriented personality – enjoys interacting with people and providing assistance;
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, enjoys working with diverse individuals;
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience in training delivery and knowledge management is an advantage.
Responsabilitati
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and e-mail for electronic devices and products (such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops);
- Offer assistance and guidance, including procedural documentation and troubleshooting instructions;
- Respond to customer requests within agreed time frames and according to internal service standards;
- Prioritize and manage cases efficiently to ensure timely resolution;
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and internal teams
