Senior Finance Controller @Spyrosoft

Type of cooperation: Employment Agreement Hybrid model of work: Typically 2 office days per week Requirements:

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance / Controlling, or a comparable qualification
• First relevant experience or several years in a controlling role
• Confident use of SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power BI (including Teams and SharePoint)
• Strong communication skills and excellent English skills (required); German is a plus
• Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high level of personal responsibility and team spirit

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for cost controlling across cost centers and projects
• Serve as key contact for cost center and project managers, as well as for Procurement and Accounting
• Prepare monthly closings, forecasts, and budget planning
• Analyze financial results, including variance analysis
• Support the monthly internal cost allocation process
• Prepare and monitor monthly reporting packages
• Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes
• Contribute to the optimization and automation of controlling processes
