YOUR MISSION

We are looking for new colleagues to join our team in Timisoara or in home office! The open position is for a Bid Manager - German Speaker, in the internal sales department.

Your tasks
 

• Analysis and selection of tenders in terms of contract design, time frame, economic and technical feasibility
• Initial setup and continuous management of our internal personnel profiles
• Processing tenders for software development, consulting and support in public administration
• Selection, processing and optimised presentation of our references and personnel profiles
• Coordination and bundling of all preparatory work
• Consolidation of the partial results and compilation of the final tender documents
• Continuous process and quality improvement in the bid management team
  
   

• Completed studies or training with relevant professional experience in the IT industry
• Business fluent in spoken and written German
• Skill and enthusiasm for creating texts
• Good knowledge of project coordination
• High affinity for the IT services industry
• Independent working style, initiative and acceptance of responsibility
• Working hours: full-time or part-time (80-100%)
