Who We Are

The TechTrek Program is thoughtfully designed to provide students with hands-on experience in a real-world IT business environment. It offers a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding of the IT industry and potentially secure your first job upon successful completion.

We recognize the importance of academic performance during your studies. That’s why the program offers a part-time role (2 hours/day from 15:00 to 17:00) over a fixed period of time with the end date in March 2026, starting November/December, allowing you to balance work and education effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing
 

• Gain exposure to key areas of the IT industry, such as Backend and Frontend technologies, DevOps and Cloud, Data and AI, QA
• Receive guidance and support from experienced mentors throughout your daily activities
• Explore the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role within a familiar team upon program completion
  
   

What You'll Bring Along
 

• Ongoing university studies (preferably in technical or economic fields)
• No prior work experience required
• Strong logical thinking and quick learning ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English is essential, German know-how represents an advantage
