    Short company description

Join us at our Bucharest office and be a part of our global team!

Sievo’s story began in Helsinki, Finland in 2003, and today we have two more offices in Bucharest and Chicago.

We're proud to say that we maintain our Nordic work culture across all three locations, which means we value low hierarchy, flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance.

Not familiar with what Sievo does? Here is a quick introduction: We are a global SaaS company that helps our clients turn their procurement data into actionable insights. Our product, solution, and content are trusted by global giants such as Levi’s, Kellogg’s, Mars, Carlsberg, and over 150 other clients. Sievo not only helps them choose the right suppliers and deliver savings, but also manages compliance with confidence and enables a sustainable, diverse, and resilient supply base.

    Requirements

    What we expect from you

This role is suited to those eager to learn, develop and make an impact, regardless of whether they have direct experience in a similar position—prior experience is welcome but not essential. We’re looking for:

    - Builder and growth mindset: You take ownership, structure ambiguity, and ship improvements, while having high work ethic, curiosity, coachability, and being open to feedback; you leverage AI tools to ramp faster
    - Analytical strength: You’re comfortable with data exploration, Excel, and turning analysis into action
    - Business acumen: Understanding of SaaS basics and cross functional GTM processes (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance)
    - Reliability and quality: Systematic, detail-oriented, and comfortable with maintaining processes that keeps the engine humming
    - Challenger stance: You can respectfully push back—e.g., on weak forecasts or unclear exit criteria
    - Collaboration and communication: You work fluently in English and are a strong communicator who thrives in an international, diverse environment

What we also consider as an advantage

    - Exposure to B2B enterprise SaaS GTM (MQL/SQL definitions, opportunity stages/exit criteria, win rates, cycle times)
    - Experience with pricing optimization, sales forecasting, or building sales or other training programs
    - Familiarity with and/or curiosity towards GTM and AI tools
    - Understanding of Customer Success motions (account health monitoring, churn risk, renewals, etc.)

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will own the rhythm, data, and tooling that power our growing commercial engine. Your scope includes:

    - Pricing: Analyse pricing performance, optimise pricing and packaging, maintain price lists, and manage discount approvals
    - Forecasting & Pipeline: Optimize forecasting methodology, drive pipeline hygiene and accuracy, monitor conversion rates, and ensure data quality throughout the sales cycle
    - Sales Training & Onboarding: Develop sales and customer success playbooks, create and update onboarding materials, and continuously improve sales process documentation
    - Process Improvement: Drive go-to-market projects, manage Sales and CS content spaces, and ensure process enhancements across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
    - Data Stewardship: Govern customer and relationship data, oversee activity data flows, and support planning with ad hoc analyses
    - Planning & Reporting: Support territory design, capacity planning, compensation processes, and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting and insights
    - Sales Tools Administration: Administer sales tools, develop use cases for conversation and customer intelligence, maintain RFP knowledge base, and champion AI and new GTM technologies
