    Your skills and experiences might also include:   

    Sales & Lead Generation Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, sales development, or customer-facing roles; comfortable with cold outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and book meetings.

    Tech & CRM Proficiency: Tech-savvy with strong understanding of AI-powered tools and digital engagement platforms; familiar with Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline, track activity, and optimise performance.

    Communication & Organisation: Strong written and verbal communication skills for personalised messaging and engaging conversations; highly organised with excellent diary, pipeline, and task management.

    Motivation & Teamwork: Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently; enthusiastic team player with a desire to contribute to team success; knowledge of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) is a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    Day-to-day, you will:

    Prospecting & Research: Identify and qualify new opportunities in the healthcare sector by researching target organisations, understanding their priorities, pain points, and fit for Access solutions.

    Stakeholder Engagement: Reach out to key decision-makers through outbound channels, spark interest, and book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.

    CRM & Collaboration: Maintain accurate CRM records to track outreach and next steps; collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaign activity and inbound leads.

    Learning & Contribution: Participate in coaching and development sessions, share prospect insights to inform strategy, and contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
