    General Information

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our HR team as an Senior HR Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to the transformation of our HR system landscape, with a strong focus on analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

    Your Key Responsibilities
    • Lead projects from the HR Analytics perspective as part of the HR Business Warehouse transformation initiative;
    • Take ownership of work packages related to HR Analytics within our overall HR system landscape transformation project;
    • Develop and enhance existing SAP SuccessFactors reports in close collaboration with specialist departments;
    • Manage adjustments and developments of the current HR Business Warehouse, including creating new technical reports, data objects/ attributes; carry out thorough testing, quality assurance, and general system customizing;
    • Design and deliver HR reports for top management by integrating and analyzing diverse data sources such as SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP HP1;
    • Support CSRD/ESRS-relevant HR data topics by implementing standards, defining guidelines, and ensuring testing and quality assurance;
    • Prepare and maintain communication materials and training documentation to support system users and stakeholders;
    • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, including HR Business Warehouse IT, external partners, data protection officers, the ESG reporting team, local and regional HR teams, and the dedicated "HR Analytics & BI" and "HR Advanced Analytics" teams;
    • Execute additional ad hoc tasks related to HR master data and reporting, such as conducting data quality analyses and initiating corrective actions.
    Qualifications
    • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field;
    • Experience or familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and HR Business Warehouse systems;
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP HP1);
    • Project management capabilities, including ownership of work packages and coordination across teams;
    • Technical proficiency in creating and customizing reports, data objects, and attributes within HR systems;
    • Understanding of data quality assurance processes, including testing and validation;
    • Knowledge of ESG/CSRD/ESRS standards and their relevance to HR data reporting;
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare training materials and documentation for diverse stakeholders;
    • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders;
    • Attention to detail in managing HR master data and executing ad hoc reporting tasks.
