Requirements
What you can bring to the role:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Possess solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
Exhibit initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
Communicate effectively and interactively and foster and deploy teamwork.
Ensure compliance with all current regulations and safety norms (NPM and NSSM).
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Leading and verifying all departmental activities, including reception, storage, delivery, maintenance, investments, safety, and security personnel.
Ensuring the elaboration and administration of annual and monthly budgets, while focusing on saving resources and monitoring costs.
Planning and monitoring manufacturing activities from quantitative, qualitative, and efficient perspectives, and maintaining manufacturing capacities and installations.
Performing budget revisions and elaborating requests for long-term investment programs.
Cooperating with all relevant departments and compartments, ensuring the smooth execution of departmental activities.
Organizing the department's specific activities, in cooperation with engineers and shift supervisors.
