Requirements

Pursuing a degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
HVAC knowledge/building automation/energy
English proficiency is necessary. English on conversational level is also important as you will use it regularly
Ability to learn fast
Eagerness to develop your career in international environment

Responsibilities

Prepare and support the estimation process for building solutions projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Design and review the technical solution for implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop cost estimates
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope and highlight the identified potential risks
Prepare cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Participate in bid review meetings
