Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
- Generate market pull effect through constant interactions with garages and mechanics.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Stay informed about the company's product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and training as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Generate market intelligence by actively gathering information about markets trends and competitors behavior and activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product positioning and strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information through CRM software.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration/Economics.
- Proven experience as a successful sales representative in the automotive aftermarket industry (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and automotive products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events (aprox. 75%)
- Good level of written & spoken English; other language skill is a plus.
- Active driving license.
