Cerinte

Requirements
University degree in Economics or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in full range of accounting
• Proven knowledge in Accounting and Romanian tax legislation area
• Proactive, can-do and hands-on attitude, good problem-solving skill
• Precise, accurate way of working, reliable
• Fluency in English and Romanian
• Knowledge of Navision system (Business Central) is considered a plus

Responsabilitati

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

Organizes and coordinates all aspects of accounting and taxation of the company.

Ensures local bookkeeping for all company transactions.

Performs monthly analysis and reconciliation of general and analytical accounts.

Is responsible for the process of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including all necessary accounting bookings and reconciliations.

Prepares and submits all tax returns required by Romanian law (e.g., VAT - D300, Tax on profit - D101, D100, D390, D394, SAF-T, etc.).

Prepares and submits other declarations to Romanian authorities such as NBR, the Statistical institute, and Intrastate.

Manages the relationship with the local accounting firm and interacts with tax authorities.

Guarantees reciprocity of the accounts with the external accounting firm's records.

Implements reporting on controls for the Financial Department.

Monitors and reports on key financial indicators.

Ensures the application of accounting processes, procedures, and standards according to statutory regulations and group requirements.
