Requirements
-Support Non-financial Reporting in line with EU Taxonomy, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Pillar 3, GHG (greenhouse gases) accounting, Science-based targets, EV100 and other external and internal requirements. Includes onboarding and implementing new requirements and maintaining a process of the current.
-Support continuous development and improvement of reporting processes, tools, and governance frameworks to enhance efficiency and data quality.
-Prepare and conduct ESRS gap assessments to identify gaps, plan for data collection and address compliance & reporting requirements.
-Coordinate comprehensive data collection processes for both narrative and quantitative ESRS disclosures, engaging contributors from Sustainability, HR, Customer Services, Company Secretary, Compliance, Non-Financial Risk, and other relevant functions.
-Manage the preparation and accuracy of EU Taxonomy reporting and support the delivery of the Payment Practices disclosures (ESRS G1-6), ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
-Facilitate collaboration and communication across internal teams to ensure coherence and completeness of the Sustainability Statement.
-Oversee the drafting, review, and finalization of the Sustainability Statement, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.
-Engage and collaborate with external auditors for the assurance of sustainability disclosures, managing audit requests and responses.
-Ensure alignment and integration of sustainability reporting with Group requirements and standards.
-Monitor regulatory developments related to CSRD and ESRS, advising relevant stakeholders on impacts and necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities
-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably PowerBI
-Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience within an international financial services company in sustainability/ reporting / finance data
-Proven ability to manage large datasets, extract insights, and deliver clear, impactful reporting
-Excellent project management skills and good communication skills both written and orally, in English
-Positive energy and willingness to make a positive impact
-Capacity to gain support by influencing and convincing others
-Ability to both work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders, team spirit
