We are recruiting in Bucharest across both non-IT (HR, Compliance, KYC, Finance, Risk & Control, Audit, Legal, Client Service) and IT (Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Cybersecurity, QA) areas, with around 120–140 open roles.

Requirements
• Experience in the support field with good skills on incident management processes/tools;
• Ability to analyze incidents and follow incident instructions (communication, messages, priority assignment, etc.);
• Good written communication skills;
• Autonomy, curiosity and rigor;
• A proactive and responsive attitude / Team spirit and a desire to constantly learn;
• Ability to analyze and summarize;
• Intermediate French and English;
• Insurance knowledge and functional case analysis skills are desirable.
Responsibilities
• The department primarily covers the production environment: Daily monitoring of optimal service operation;
• User support: requests for information or assistance regarding the use and operation of specific applications;
• Preventing malfunctions (continuous service monitoring, developing service monitoring procedures, analyzing and tracking incidents and problems to propose optimization and improvement avenues in collaboration with project owners and project managers);
• Managing, processing, and tracking incidents until closure;
• Participating in production monitoring committees and/or project committees;
• Maintaining documentation (operating procedures, FAQs) and the application contact list up to date;
• Managing ad hoc work and tracking requests;
• Writing specific reports;
• Maintaining on-site presence within the scope of work according to established schedules and internal organization.
