Cerinte

University degree
5+ years of experience, with at least 3 in management or process design roles
Proven expertise in transition management and operational excellence in SSC environments
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Advanced English; other European language is a plus
Analytical, process-oriented mindset and hands-on attitude

Responsabilitati

We are seeking an experienced Transition, Mobilization, and Operational Excellence Professional to ensure the smooth transfer of services into our Shared Services Center (SSC) and implement best-in-class operational practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and coordination of service transitions into the SSC
Collaborate with local teams (HR, IT, Operations) to ensure smooth knowledge and process transfers
Minimize disruption through proactive risk management and communication
Implement Operational Excellence principles: process streamlining, waste reduction, reporting improvements
Promote best practices across SSC functions
Improve and align KPIs with strategic goals
Collaborate with technical teams for seamless reporting
Analyze and optimize current SSC processes
Drive continuous improvement and map processes using Signavio
Target process maturity of at least Level 4 (CMMI)
Act as a liaison between SSC and key stakeholders (local teams, HR, IT)
Communicate progress on transitions and operational goals effectively
