YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active involvement alongside the Department Manager in coordinating the team and supporting performance through close collaboration
• Active presence on the sales floor to guide and support daily operations
• Involvement in training, coaching and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Providing excellent customer service through direct involvement and the power of personal example
• Conducting periodic product analyses and optimizing sales space in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines and marketing strategies
• Support to the purchasing team to improve product selection and ensure optimal availability

YOUR QUALITIES

• Minimum 1 year of management experience, preferably in the fashion industry; experience in FMCG or other service-oriented sectors is an advantage
• Customer-oriented and passionate about providing quality service and positive experiences
• Proactive attitude, involvement and availability for a practical (hands-on) approach
• Interest in fashion and lifestyle, with the desire to share this passion
• Organizational and analytical skills, with ease in working with numbers
• Solid knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement
