YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Leading and inspiring your team with full accountability for departmental performance
• Being actively present on the sales floor to drive and support daily operations
• Motivating, guiding, and training your team to reach and exceed sales targets
• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience through hands-on support and by setting a strong example
• Conducting regular merchandise analysis and optimizing the sales floor by applying visual merchandising guidelines and marketing initiatives
• Working closely with the buying team to enhance product assortment and ensure strong product availability

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least 3 years of experience leading a team, ideally in fashion—but experience in FMCG or other service-driven environments is also welcome
• You truly care about delivering great service and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike
• You’re proactive, dedicated, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
• You’re passionate about fashion and lifestyle, and excited to share that enthusiasm with your team
• You’re organized and comfortable working with numbers, using your analytical skills to make informed decisions
• You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
