Intern - Estimator I

As an Estimator I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the development of project estimates and ensuring their accuracy and competitiveness. This position plays a crucial role in assisting the organization's growth and profitability by providing support in cost analysis, bid strategy, and risk assessment.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

In this role, you will impact the accuracy and competitiveness of our project bids, supporting the organization's growth and profitability by assisting in the development of precise and competitive project estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support the estimation process for building solutions projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Design and review the technical solution for implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop cost estimates
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope and highlight the identified potential risks
• Prepare cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Participate in bid review meetings

WE VALUE

• Pursuing a degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• HVAC knowledge/building automation/energy
• English proficiency is necessary. English on conversational level is also important as you will use it regularly
• Ability to learn fast
