Group Leader Hardware - Marquardt

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. 
• 5+ years of experience leading hardware development in the automotive sector. 
• Deep knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, power electronics, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay). 
• Familiarity with ISO 26262, functional safety, and hardware validation practices. 
• Proficient in tools such as Altium, Cadence, or similar. 
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. 
• Experience with EVs or ADAS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development projects from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Oversee the design, integration, and validation of hardware components in compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and other automotive standards.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, support certification processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams, as well as external suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies relevant to automotive hardware systems.
