Cerinte

Student or graduate in IT, Engineering, or a related field;
Willing to work full time and gain hands-on experience with modern automation technologies like RPA, AI, and Process Mining;
Interest in digital technologies, automation, and process improvement;
Good organization and communication skills (English advanced).
Familiarity with at least two of the following technologies:
UiPath (RPA platform)
Microsoft Office & Power Platform (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Apps & Power Automate, Power BI)
Azure DevOps & Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents
SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce - API
Basic coding (C#, .Net Framework, Python, PowerShell).

Responsabilitati

Supporting the team in essential daily activities, particularly focused on technical tasks;
Creating, maintaining, and testing various automation tools to ensure they are functioning correctly, timely, and meeting set expectations;
Preparing basic documentation and professional PowerPoint presentations for training and communication;
Collaborating with colleagues across the world on international projects and initiatives;
Developing and gaining practical, hands-on experience with a broad suite of market-leading technologies and platforms;
Learning to leverage tools such as UiPath (RPA platform) and the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI);
Exploring and applying knowledge of Azure DevOps, Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents, and various business APIs (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce);
Acquiring basic programming skills in languages like C#, .Net Framework, Python, and PowerShell.
