What qualities do we look for?

- Previous experience as a Scrum Master for development teams is a must
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile Framework (Scrum / Kanban): very good understanding of the Agile Framework, Agile methodologies and best practices
- Ability to facilitate discussions, listen actively and convey information clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience with Scrum Tools
- Agile certification is a Plus
- On site presence (hybrid mode) is expected
- Very good communication skills in English (oral and written) are a must; French is nice to have

Responsabilitati

What is the role?

As A Scrum Master you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, focused, continuous flow of work in the teams.

- Facilitate the Agile ceremonies and rituals of the Teams to create an environment where the team is effective and collaborates smoothly
- Drive the teams during sprints giving them an isolated environment and the good atmosphere for effective work. Strive to prevent interpersonal conflicts
- Orchestrate clearing obstacles and impediments for the team to ensure the iterative and fast delivery to create high value products
- Help the teams to effectively manage the Product Backlog with the Product Owner and support the next sprint planning
- Participate in the life and the ceremonies of the teams you belong to, constantly sharing the Agile Values & Principles
- Promote, as a change agent, new ways of working, efficient communication & interaction between squad members, outside the squad and with stakeholders
- Stay in touch as an individual and as a team to evolutions of the technologies in your perimeter, follow the functional and organizational changes, consider new procedures for handling your perimeter
