Cerinte

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline;
Prior experience in testing and commissioning of energy or industrial systems is an advantage (PV or BESS is a plus);
Good command of English (minimum B2 – written and spoken);
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities;
Solid planning and organizational skills;
Effective communicator and team collaborator;
Willingness to travel extensively to project sites throughout Europe and work in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Responsabilitati

Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities across PV systems, inverters, transformers, BESS, SCADA, and plant control systems;
Develop and implement test protocols and commissioning plans based on project specifications and industry standards;
Verify system functionality through on-site testing and performance checks;
Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases, ensuring smooth handover to operations;
Review and align subcontractors’ commissioning procedures with internal protocols;
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation: commissioning schedules, test reports, procedures, and results;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical requirements, and grid code standards;
Work closely with project, construction, engineering, and O&M teams for seamless system integration;
Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to site and maintenance teams;
Lead and support commissioning activities on project sites across Europe, ensuring systems are fully operational, safe, and compliant with technical and regulatory standards.
