We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compensation & Organizational Design Specialistto join our dynamic team and being responsible of developing the company's Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures, according to guidelines and labor market trends.
Together with us, you have the chance to grow everyday, contributing to energy transition, being responsible of
- Managing the development, implementation and continuous evaluation of total reward programs, policies, and procedures, that fully support the organization;
- Conducting comprehensive job evaluations for both existing and new roles, according to the agreed methodologies and recommending actions to assure internal equity and external competitiveness;
- Driving market benchmarking by analyzing compensation structures and conducting internal pay equity assessments to inform data-driven decision-making;
- Performing the annual salary survey/ research and analysis regarding pay trends and other employee benefits;
- Managing the full cycle of total rewards processes, including the annual salary review and other incentive programs;
- Developing the employees' benefits package in collaboration with the Benefits Specialist, according to company strategy and priorities;
- Building strong partnership with People & Business Partners and line managers, by providing strategic guidance and expert advisory to support compensation-related decisions;
- Developing data-driven insights and reports, creating compelling presentations to inform leadership and support business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a Reward area of at least 3 years;
- University Degree (preferably Economic or IT);
- Strong expertise in HR systems, organizational design and job evaluation methodologies;
- Ability to analyze and summarize large amount of data and preset information in a concise manner;
- Good understanding of the labor market and key trends;
- Ability to function as an efficient and respected partner for internal clients;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organizing skills, team work and project management;
- Problem solving, attention to details and results oriented;
- Maturity to handle confidential information and take high impact decisions;
- MS Office - Excel advanced level;
- Proficiency in English.
