Responsabilitati

- Processing incoming invoices (reviewing, posting, and coding invoices)
- VAT assessment of incoming invoice (fulfilment of the legal VAT requirements of an invoice
- Support with VAT returns and annual declarations
- Reconciliation of accounts payable, cost, accrual, and intercompany accounts and confirming corresponding balances
- Managing payment transactions & payment run
- Regular bank account reconciliation
- Reconciliation and posting of daily cash reports
- Direct Debit preparation
- Accounting support for retail operations (e.g. payment allocation, cash register) in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Account reconciliation and analysis
- Regular master data updating
- Project assistancefor the introduction of an automated invoice verification workflow
- Introduction of the e-invoice
