    Cerinte

    A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

    - Mandatory Romanian language and advanced English skills
    - 2-3 years experience in CPG companies, preferable in multinational environment and understanding the matrix organizations
    - Preferred experience in back office roles with exposure to customers and/or sales teams
    - Computer savvy, comfortable with excel and MS office package
    - Strong interpersonal skills

    Responsabilitati


    - Provides support for Key Account Manager on operational areas for assigned customers
    - Acts as a key player in monthly planning cycles focusing on data accuracy and strict attendance to key timelines
    - Is involved in preparation of strategical customer plans covering all aspects from prep work to landing the expected result
    - Keeps an efficient track of key metrics and KPIs required in daily sales work
    - Prepares sales reports underling the main drivers
    - Is involved in specific commercial forums where Sales input is required
    - Front sales role, is involved in direct communication with customer

    Alte informatii

    Job specific requirements:
    3 days/week at the office in Bucharest
