About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative IT Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of Enterprise products. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with customer expectations, using agile methodologies and design thinking principles. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable outcomes and support service transformation initiatives.
What you will do
• Apply Design Thinking principles to enhance customer experience in product design.
• Ensure clarity of business requirements for delivery teams.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping, user journey analysis, and identify problem statements and opportunities.
• Translate insights into tangible outcomes using SAFe methodology.
• Prioritise requirements using frameworks such as MoSCoW and WSJF.
• Maintain traceability throughout project execution and ensure compliance with agreed business requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks while continuously improving analysis processes and tools.
• Support both functional and non-functional requirement gathering and refinement.
• Contribute to service transformation and commercialisation initiatives.
Who you are
• Experienced in New Product Development (NPD).
• Familiar with IT methodologies or process models (e.g., ITIL – considered a plus).
• Skilled in Process Mapping, Product Lifecycle, Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
