We’re looking for a People & Systems Business Partner to join our HR team and act as a key point of contact for our Production department, while managing a wide range of operational and strategic HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles in the production area.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies to ensure efficient hiring processes and high-quality candidate selection.
- Manage the full spectrum of employee documentation throughout the entire lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding.
- Analyze compensation policies and recommend retention solutions.
Employee Transportation: Coordinate and oversee transportation logistics for employees, ensuring smooth daily operations.
CSR & Engagement Support: Provide support in organizing CSR events and employee engagement activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR across multiple processes (recruitment, administration, employee relations, etc.).
- Preferably experience in the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for people and process improvement.
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance practices.
