To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Compensation & Benefits Analyst located in Flex Timisoara.
Reporting to the HRBP Support Team Leader, the Compensation & Benefits Analyst role involves data processing, data verification and support for EMEA Flex colleagues. In this role you will collaborate with both colleagues and third parties, and perform your work in a dynamic people oriented team.
What a typical day looks like:
- You will collaborate with the local, regional and global team in salary increase and bonus processes;
- You will draw up reports and analysis related to Compensation & Benefits activity;
- You will provide needed information for specific market studies at Corporate, EMEA and country levels;
- You will contribute to the design, implementation and update of the specific Comp&Ben processes and other HR initiatives and projects, according to defined framework;
- You will ensure data accuracy in the HR system;
- You will solve the requests of internal customers according to agreed procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- You will apply critical and analytical thinking in your daily work;
- You will provide quality and timely delivery of process outputs and aim to achieve internal customer satisfaction; improve the performance benchmarks and work towards process improvements.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources / Compensation & Benefits;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel in particular;
- Fluent in English;
- Proactive, detail and customer-oriented;
- Interpersonal skills, flexibility, ability to learn and adapt;
- Successfully work within a team and believe in the concept of “teamwork”;
- Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus;
- Post Graduate Diploma Human Resourcse Management / Equivalent Post-Graduate in HR – will be considered a strong plus.
