Requirements

We're looking for dynamic individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

A proven track record with extensive experience in a similar retail industry role.
Demonstrated success in effectively managing teams with a collaborative and supportive approach.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong analytical capabilities.
Outstanding organizational abilities and confident decision-making.
Passion for fashion and a genuine desire to share knowledge with others.
Adaptability and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Proficiency in Romanian and English (communicative level).

Responsibilities

As a Department Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and leading your team to achieve exceptional results. You will:

Managing the department’s stock, orders, displays, and layout to meet targets.
Taking full ownership of driving the sales success of the department, and conducting insightful competitor analysis to capitalize on market trends.
Exploring, analysing, and presenting creative and data-driven solutions to optimize sales and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall growth and success of the store.
Working with the management team to plan tasks, and performance management activities.
Effectively lead, support, and inspire your team to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
Focusing on the well-being and motivation of your team.
Helping with customer feedback and complaints.
