Responsibilities

- Preparing technical and financial offers for civil works in wind and photovoltaic (PV) power plant projects;
- Preparation of lists of quantities (if necessary);
- Estimating and analyzing budgets for non-binding offers, based on available information and realistic assumptions regarding technical solutions;
- Analyzing tender documentation and extracting civil engineering requirements (roads, platforms, drainage systems, foundations, fencing, etc.);
- Coordinating with internal design and procurement teams;
- Preparing requests for quotations and following up with subcontractors and material suppliers (e.g., piling companies, earthworks, geotextile suppliers);
- Reviewing geotechnical reports and proposing foundation concepts in collaboration with geotechnical specialists;
- Ensuring that civil designs are compliant with project specifications and local regulations;
- Supporting cost estimations, risk assessments, and proposal documentation for submission to clients;
- Attending clarification meetings with partners and clients to address civil-related aspects of the tender.
