• Know-how in Gambling Field, Marketing, Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing;
• An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns;
• An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes;
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas;
• The ability to manage and allocate budgets;
• Written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English;
• Experience with and an understanding of market research;
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
• An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Experience leading a team.

Responsabilitati

• Ensure the Brand visibility in the Romanian market and conduct strategies accordingly;
• Have a long-term vision for TotoGaming Marketing proposition on the Romanian market;
• Constantly monitor the Romanian market to ensure the marketing is offering up to date and localized proposals to the customers;
•Develop and implement quarterly marketing projects from concept to completion with agreement to HQ;
• Closely work with Headquarter marketing execution team;
• Perform constant marketing channels monitoring, ensuring the product propositions are clear & advertised effectively;
• Closely work with Market research team (local or outsource) to understand users' needs and to measure brand awareness;
• Negotiate profitable deals and buys within agreed budgets;
• Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots;
• Manage marketing for all various products and service offerings;
• Define KPIs with agreement of supervisor for the local marketing unit;
• Reporting to supervisor and top management – on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Provide regular updates to team members and management, summarizing campaign performance and planned projected near-future campaigns;
• Monitor and check the quality of all type of advertisements which is going live – before during and after the end of campaign;
• All other tasks as required by the higher management.
