Your role as a Junior AML/KYC SPOC

The Singular Point of Contact (SPOC) for AML/KYC will be the primary liaison between the client onboarding team and the firm, additionally between our firm and clients during onboarding and compliance. This role is essential for improving communication, ensuring accountability, and streamlining the client experience.

The SPOC will manage client queries, coordinate internal resources, and oversee assisting clients with documentation queries to ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for clients during onboarding and KYC processes.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, inline with KPIs.
• Assisting clients with providing of their KYC documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
• Stay updated on AML/KYC regulations and ensure adherence.
• Gather client feedback to improve services.
• Track KPIs and provide regular reports on client experience.

What we're looking for:

• A recent graduate or junior professional eager to grow in the field of compliance or client onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and understand AML/KYC regulations and best practices.

Language skills:

• English: Full professional proficiency (spoken & written) - mandatory
• French and/or German: Considered a strong asset
