Requirements

It’s necessary that you come up with:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT or Technical);
3–5 years of experience in implementing IT projects;
Previous experience with logistics systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems;
Solid analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to map and improve processes;
Minimum knowledge in logic diagrams and system architecture;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Very good command of English.


It would be great if you have:

Knowledge of Agile methodology (SCRUM) / working with Jira.

Responsibilities

These will be your responsibilities:

Participating in the implementation and optimization of logistics IT projects (WMS, ERP, and related modules);
Collecting and centralizing business requirements from internal stakeholders to develop clear technical CRDs (Change Request Documents);
Supporting technical discussions with internal IT teams and external providers, based on CRDs;
Proposing business solutions and drafting technical specifications following project requirements;
Providing support during the project and after its implementation (application testing, user training);
Providing L2 support for applications and systems under responsibility;
Identifying and proposing ways to optimize processes and technical solutions, in collaboration with external partners and IT teams of Ahold Delhaize Group;
Delivering training sessions and drafting procedural documentation for end users.


You won't be doing this on your own, but with a team that likes working with and for people.
