Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective telephone calling and presentation.
Strong organizational skills to manage databases and coordinate meetings.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for database administration.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and maintain communication with Sales Managers.
Analytical skills for generating reports and contributing to marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Allianz Trade Online Customer Support System.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report creation and data management.
Personal Attributes:

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to fulfilling the sales plan.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills to assist with prospect questionnaires and database completion.
Additional Requirements:

Ability to obtain and manage contact data efficiently.
Experience in setting up meetings and collaborating with sales teams.
Understanding of trade credit insurance and ability to present services clearly.
Willingness to assist in marketing campaigns and other departmental activities as needed.

Responsabilitati

Identification of prospects/companies, by consulting databases
- Telephone calling of prospects/companies
- Brief and clear presentation of the services offered by the company, in this case trade credit insurance
- Obtaining contact data - mail - for sending the presentation package
- Obtaining confirmation from the first or second call for a meeting with one of the sales consultants
-Set up the meetings prospect sales in collaboration with sales
- Administration of the database of established contacts (salesforce)
- Maintaining communication with Sales Managers on follow-up
- Active contribution to the fulfilment of the sales plan per company
- Assistance provided to the organization of marketing campaigns
- Various reports / requests offered at the request of the hierarchical superior regarding the activity of the Telemarketing and Marketing or Sales department
- Allianz Trade Online Customer Support System
- Other activities according to the needs of the Employer
- support for completing prospect questionnaire,
- completion of database for brokers,
- EH ID request in IRP and creation in SF,
- request risk class in IRP,
- leadpoint approval and allocation to sales colleagues,
- inbound pickup and registration in the prospect database,
- inbound pick-up and transmission to the departments in charge (for cancelled limits, risk class update, damage files),
- last financial requests and forwarded to the risk department,
