    Job Description

    What you’ll do:
     

    • Manage LinkedIn and internal platforms, ensuring efficient operation and support for learning and development.
    • Support training budget & reports – track numbers and turn them into insights.
    • Organize surveys, trainings & events – from planning to implementation.
    • Participate in induction days – meet new colleagues and contribute to their first experience.
    • Gain exposure to Talent Management & Development projects – learn, grow & make an impact.
       
    Qualifications
     
    • Final-year Bachelor or first-year Master student in Economics or related fields 
    • Organized, proactive & detail-oriented
    • Comfortable with data, reports & digital platforms
    • Strong communication & presentation skills
    • English – intermediate/advanced
