About you
You’ll be a key member of the Customer Success team, working closely with managers and team leaders across multiple business areas, including GRR, NPS, revenue recognition, order intake, budget planning, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll have a strong eye for detail, ensuring systems and processes run optimally while identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Day-to-day, you will:
- KPI Tracking & Reporting – Monitor, track, and report on key metrics (GRR, NPS, order intake, revenue recognition, sales). Share insights across stakeholders, provide trend analysis, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Performance Analysis & Insights – Investigate anomalies in monthly margin packs, assess backlog and monthly revenue, and deliver actionable insights. Contribute to monthly and quarterly slide decks with performance trends and recommendations.
- Financial Planning & Forecasting – Collaborate with stakeholders on annual budget plans using KPI knowledge and real-time data. Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and overall financial performance.
- Programme Ownership & Ad Hoc Support – Own programmes of work to ensure efficiency and value delivery. Provide input and reporting expertise for ad hoc requests, offering clarity and actionable recommendations.
- Core Competencies & Mindset – Self-starter with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. Pragmatic, hands-on, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Communication & Collaboration – Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with experience in large and complex organisations. A collaborative approach, comfortable in small teams, and willing to provide support during peak periods.
- Technical Skills & Tools – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Quick to learn new technologies. Salesforce experience is an advantage.
- Planning & Execution – Skilled in prioritising and balancing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
