Talent Attraction Specialist (1–2 Years Experience)

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the candidate journey – from sourcing to engagement;
• Create scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, Insta, TikTok & newsletters;
• Run campaigns on Hipo.ro + social ads (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Google);
• Track performance & tweak strategies like a pro;
• Be hands-on in big events.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years in recruitment, employer branding or digital marketing;
• Strong copywriting & communication skills (you can turn boring into wow);
• Comfortable with social media, ads & data tracking;
• Proactive, organized, and a self-starter vibe;
• Creative mindset + good energy.
