What you’ll be doing:

• Dive into candidate sourcing – search, screen & connect with top talent;
• Write friendly & persuasive messages that make candidates actually reply;
• Keep our candidate database neat & updated;
• Be the voice of Catalyst at our events;
• Team up on promo campaigns to bring candidates on board.

What we’re looking for:

• A student/graduate curious about HR, recruitment & employer branding;
• Strong communication & storytelling skills (you enjoy writing DMs & posts ✍️);
• Organized, proactive, not afraid to juggle tasks;
• Experience in NGOs, volunteering, or social projects = big plus.
