• Requirements Engineering for life insurance processes
• Fit-Gap Analysis based on existing platform solution and standards
• Workshop preparation, moderation and documentation
• Specification: Creation of specification artefacts
• Handovers to technical Team
• Contact person in the team for IB related issues (defect fixing, technical design)
• (Cross-team) cooperation with business analysts, backend developers and testers
• Bug Analysis & Resolution
   

• Technical understanding (XML Mappings)
