Requirements

• Higher education in Computer science or relevant experience in a similar position
• Unix systems
• One or more development languages (Java, C, perl, HTML, ...)
• Experience with DBMS as user (Create, execute and optimize queries - MySQL, ORACLE …)
• Familiarity with Project Management principles is a plus
• Knowledge of Internet technologies, networks
• Knowledge of clients' trades (electronic banking)
• Knowledge of regulations and standards (AFAQ, PCI)
• Office tools (MS office, Sharepoint … )
• Advanced level of English (read, spoken, written)
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Autonomy, rigor
• Flexibility and reactivity
• Ability to handle work stress
• Curiosity, creative thinking, initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of customer service
Responsibilities
• Considering customer requirements, validate functional specifications and technical architectures with development teams and technical experts
• Oversee the implementation of the services
• Participate in the development of the offers and services by providing recommendations on new functionalities or whether to upgrade to a different system or not
• Manage incidents and changes with the business and production teams in due time
• Implement and monitor corrective actions
• Provide follow-up and customer support in relation with the customer manager
• Manage the follow-up of the releases
• To be a functional and technical expert in her/his domain of activities
• Define procedures to optimize RUN processes in collaboration with business teams: Dashboard Splunk / Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Reporting
• Develop the necessary tools to monitor the service
• Ensure PCI and 3D Secure compliance
• Regular on-call duty at night and on weekends, outside opening hours
