Cerinte

• 5+ years of Finance & Accounting experience;
• Good knowledge of Romanian GAAP
• Experience in a similar position within the controlling department
• Suitable experience working in the property industry (desirable)
• Capable of working in Romanian and English

Responsabilitati

• Reviewing monthly results for a number of SPVs and providing required adjustments
• Updating and monitoring the budgets for individual SPVs along with reasons for budget deviations
• Controlling and approving expenses.
• Preparing cashflow forecasts
• Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs
• Supporting external audits and implementing audit recommendation
• Co-ordinate the signing of intra-group and intercompany payments
• Work with the operational leads on the creation of budgets
• Ad hoc duties as required by management
