We are looking for a Power Platform Specialist to join our team and provide technical expertise
in the development, governance, and optimization of business solutions using Microsoft Power
Platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in application development, platform
monitoring, user adoption, and the continuous enhancement of Center of Excellence tools and
practices.

What we are looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot
Studio
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft CoE Starter Kit
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps tools for ALM in the Power Platform context
• Understanding of environment management and governance best practices
• Familiarity with security models, DLP policies, and compliance monitoring
• Effective communication and facilitation skills for training and community engagement
• Good use of English language (comprehension, written and speech)
• Collaborative attitude towards working within a development and support team
• Good knowledge with one or more of the following: Blazor, Vue.js, React

Responsabilitati

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Application & Flow Development:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and
Copilot Studio.
• CoE Toolkit Management:
Work with the Microsoft CoE Starter Kit, ensuring proper configuration and integration of its
components.
• Application Lifecycle Management:
Leverage Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, version control, and deployment pipelines
for Power Platform assets.
• Environment Strategy:
Manage and configure environments
• Data Loss Prevention & Compliance:
Implement and monitor DLP policies, ensuring solutions meet organizational security and
compliance standards.
• Security Reviews:
Conduct regular reviews of app ownership, access controls, and data sensitivity settings.
• Training & Enablement:
Facilitate onboarding sessions, webinars, and hackathons to drive user adoption and
capability building
