Requirements

We’re hiring on behalf of our business partner — a leading international provider of healthcare and diagnostics services — for an experienced, passionate, and ambitious IT Business Analyst to join their software team and help validate the business needs of stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a business-driven environment, understands stakeholder dynamics, and has a solid grasp of basic technical tools. You’ll need basic SQL skills (for simple queries) and familiarity with Postman (for testing APIs), as you'll be actively involved in validating and refining digital solutions that impact real lives.

Location: Bucharest
Work model: Hybrid — only 1 day/week onsite, the rest remote

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of experience in business analysis
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
REST API design knowledge is a plus
Strong understanding of data modelling and database relationships
Transact-SQL proficiency
Experience with UML modelling
UX business analysis skills — able to create UI designs and mock-ups
Product discovery experience — gathering and documenting initial customer expectations
Knowledge of Material Design principles
Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and results-oriented approach
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience with integration projects is a plus

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs from stakeholders (internal customers or end users)
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams
Collaborate closely with business users and support teams to identify necessary changes in internal applications
Support teams in understanding and validating new functionalities
Propose and confirm solutions with stakeholders
Test business processes and suggest improvements
Prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders
Validate developments with external suppliers
Prepare and present release documentation for pre-production environments
Conduct workshops to gather requirements using workflows, storyboards, use cases, and scenarios
Perform peer reviews to ensure requirements are clearly understood
Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Report project progress and backlog items to the Delivery Manager
Investigate critical issues across all environments
Communicate changes and solutions clearly to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders
Collaborate with UX designers to define information architecture, visual outcomes, usability, and intuitive interfaces
