Business Manager Eastern Europe and Baltics

Job Description:

• This Territory Manager will be responsible of the developing the Hamilton Robotics business within the assigned territories, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania.
• This will include account managing of existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare all the required documents for tenders application and submission
• He/She will also be in charge of managing Distributors in Baltics, Poland, Slovenia ad Balkans.
• Working in close contact with the local Hamilton Robotics Distributors, supporting them with customer visit, presentation and demonstration.
• Visiting the customers on regular basis, follow up existing customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer and KOL.
• Projects qualification and preparation of relative quotations.
• Analyze customer’s requirements and relative assays workflow and crated a tailor made robots configuration fulfilling the needs
• Meet and exceed sales and growth targets defined by senior managers
• Accurate reporting of all the lead, opportunities and projects using the company CRM and other dedicated software.

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

• MSc degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the main molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR and qPCR, nucleic acid sequencing, cloning, etc.) and cell biology procedures (cell culture maintenance, cell based assays, etc.) and Next Generation Sequencing
• Flexibility in supporting other territories in case of need.
• Experience in molecular biology, analytical techniques and screening assays
• Very good knowledge of MS Office suite and CRM
• Very good sales and account management skills
• Previous experience in a similar position is considered as a plus.
• Fluent English is a must, other languages are a plus.
• Team player with strong communicative skills for our demanding client environment
